城镇燃气管道应用磁声应力检测技术实践

Application of magnetoacoustic stress measurement technology in urban gas pipeline management

  • 摘要: 城镇燃气管道在长期运行过程中易受地质沉降、道路施工、自然灾害等因素影响,导致管道局部应力集中或畸变,影响管道疲劳寿命及抗裂纹和抗腐蚀能力。研究开发的磁声应力检测技术能够高效解决工程中设备表层、内部等多维度残余应力或载荷应力分布的表征问题,在地质沉降导致的城镇燃气管道应力集中筛查、暴雨漂管后管线移位导致的局部应力畸变普查与消除效果测评方面得到成功应用,为燃气管道安全运行和风险防控提供了有效手段。

     

    Abstract: Urban gas pipelines are vulnerable to geological subsidence, road construction, natural disasters, and other factors during long-term operation, leading to local stress concentration or distortion, which negatively impacts their fatigue life, crack resistance, and corrosion resistance. In this study, magnetoacoustic stress measurement technology was developed to efficiently characterize multi-dimensional residual or load stress distribution on the surface and within equipment. This technology has been successfully applied to identify stress concentrations caused by geological subsidence, assess local stress distortions from pipeline displacement after heavy rain, and evaluate elimination effects, providing an effective solution for ensuring the safe operation and risk management of gas pipelines.
