Design of intelligent all-in-one machine for pipeline engineering supervision

  • 摘要: 为了有效提升管道工程智能工地监督效果,减少高危现场的监督检查行为。结合当前管道工程智能工地建设现状,梳理智能工地运行存在的问题,应用边缘计算、大模型等先进技术,开发设计一款智能监督机器人系统。利用该系统,整合配套软硬件,充分考虑管道工程施工真实环境,形成适用于管道工程的智能监督一体机设备。以有效提升智能工地所采集的各种数据质量,助力施工过程的监管,减少人为现场盯控。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the effectiveness of intelligent site supervision for pipeline engineering and minimize inspection activities at high-risk sites, an intelligent supervision robot system was designed and developed through assessing the current state of intelligent construction sites, identifying operational challenges, and integrating advanced technologies such as edge computing and large models.By fully considering the real environment of pipeline engineering construction, the system incorporated supporting software and hardware to form an intelligent all-in-one machine suitable for pipeline engineering supervision, thereby improving the quality of data collected, assisting in the monitoring of the construction process, and reducing the need for on-site human monitoring.
