天然气管网系统节能降耗优化技术研究与实践

Research and implementation of energy-saving and consumption-reducing optimization technologies for natural gas pipeline networks

  • 摘要: 油气长输管道系统节能减排降耗是国家管网集团实现“双碳”目标的一个重要抓手,有必要研究天然气管网系统节能降耗优化技术。基于此,文章首先开展天然气管网系统日用气量特性分析、特征工程构建和基于人工智能技术的预测模型库研究,实现天然气管网系统日用气量精准预测;其次以最低管输能耗为目标函数,耦合气量预测结果,构建天然气管网系统运行优化模型,采用水力约束线性化降低模型非线性程度,并结合遗传算法对优化模型进行求解;又以国家管网集团某天然气管网系统为例,将天然气管网系统节能降耗优化技术应用于实际生产中,通过优化管网流量分配方案、机组配置方案和管网运行参数开展节能降耗优化实践。实践结果表明,开展天然气管网系统节能降耗优化技术研究与实践,可以有效降低天然气管网系统能耗成本,实现天然气管网系统生产运行用能高效管理,助力国家管网集团高质量内涵式发展和“双碳”目标实现。

     

    Abstract: Energy conservation, emission reduction and consumption reduction in long-distance oil and gas pipeline systems are important means for China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation to achieve the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals. Therefore, it is necessary to study energy-saving and consumption-reducing optimization technologies for natural gas pipeline networks. Based on this, the analysis of daily gas consumption characteristics of natural gas pipeline network systems was conducted, along with the construction of feature engineering and the research on a daily gas consumption prediction model library based on artificial intelligence technologies, to achieve accurate predictions. Subsequently, an optimization model for the operation of natural gas pipeline network systems was constructed, with the objective function aimed at minimizing energy consumption in pipeline transportation. This model incorporated the gas consumption prediction results, employed hydraulic constraint linearization to reduce nonlinearity, and utilized genetic algorithms for optimization. Furthermore, taking a natural gas pipeline network system of China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation as a case study, energy-saving and consumption-reducing optimization technologies were applied in actual production. The optimization practices focused on improving the pipeline network flow distribution, unit configuration, and operational parameters. The results indicate that implementing these optimization technologies effectively reduces energy consumption costs, enhances the management of energy consumption in the production and operation of natural gas pipeline network systems, and supports China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation in achieving high-quality connotative development and the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals.
