智能排流器的适用性评价与验证

Applicability evaluation and verification of intelligent drainage device

  • 摘要: 智能排流器作为一种新型杂散电流干扰防护设备,集成了微型阴极保护电源通道、交直流排流通道、自动调整排流参数控制单元、实时监测并远程传输数据单元等。为了验证智能排流器的适用性,利用实验室模拟测试与现场测试相结合的方法,对比研究了智能排流器在不同杂散电流干扰场景下的适用性。研究结果表明:1)智能排流器适用于交、直流杂散电流干扰防护;2)排流地床的材料类型对干扰防护效果的影响很小;3)智能排流器具备自动调整排流参数、集排流与保护于一体、实时监测并远程传输数据等功能,能够有效应对各种复杂交、直流杂散电流的干扰;4)智能排流器在复杂交、直流混合杂散电流干扰环境和动态直流杂散电流干扰环境下,其自动调节排流和保护能力尤为显著。研究成果能为智能排流器在杂散电流干扰防护中的应用提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The intelligent drainage device, a new protective equipment against stray current interference, integrates a micro cathodic protection power supply channel, AC and DC drainage channels, a control unit for automatic adjustment of drainage parameters, and a real-time monitoring and remote data transmission unit. To verify the applicability of the intelligent drainage device, a method combining laboratory simulation tests and field tests was used to conduct a comparative study on its applicability under different stray current interference scenarios. The research results indicates that: (1) The device is suitable for protection against AC and DC stray current interference. (2) The laying method and material type of the drainage ground bed have minimal impact on protection effect. (3) The device features automatic adjustment of drainage parameters, integration of drainage and protection, real-time monitoring, and remote data transmission, effectively addressing complex AC and DC stray current interference. (4) The device exhibits particularly remarkable automatic regulation of drainage and protection capabilities in complex environments with mixed AC and DC stray currents, as well as in dynamic DC stray current interference scenarios. In conclusion, the research findings provide valuable insights for the application of intelligent drainage devices in protection against stray current interference.
