面向LNG接收站的无人机智能巡检系统设计与应用

Design and application of UAV-based intelligent inspection system for LNG terminals

  • 摘要: 液化天然气(LNG)接收站作为重要的能源基础设施,其安全稳定运行至关重要。为解决LNG接收站人工巡检效率低、工作量大、具有安全风险等问题,设计了一种“5G+无人机”智能巡检系统,实现对LNG接收站设备状态、环境参数的全方位感知与远程管控,通过多频混合组网实现接收站5G专网全覆盖,确保巡检数据不出接收站。介绍了在日常巡检、天然气泄漏检测以及辅助应急响应方面的应用实效。提出了无人机在LNG接收站应用的发展建议。研究表明,“5G+无人机”智能巡检系统能够显著提升LNG接收站的巡检效率,降低人员巡检的安全风险,为LNG接收站的巡检提供智能化手段,对无人机在LNG接收站巡检的推广应用具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The safe and stable operation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals, as critical energy infrastructure, is essential. To address the challenges of inefficiency, high workload, and safety risks associated with manual inspections, a "5G + Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)" intelligent inspection system was developed for comprehensive monitoring and remote control of equipment status and environmental parameters. This system employs multi-frequency hybrid networking to establish full 5G private network coverage at LNG terminals, ensuring that the inspection data does not leave LNG terminals. The application effectiveness of UAVs in daily inspections, natural gas leakage detection, and emergency response at LNG terminals was introduced, and development suggestions for their application were discussed. The research demonstrated that the "5G+UAV" intelligent inspection system significantly enhances inspection efficiency at LNG terminals, reduces safety risks for personnel, and offers intelligent solutions for inspections, thus providing valuable insights for promoting UAV applications in this context.
