管道清管器部件脱落及其救援研究

Research on the detachment of pig components and the rescue

  • 摘要: 针对磁力清管器部件脱落在管道内的问题,为验证救援方案的有效性,首先运用断口分析、金相检验、硬度测试方法对螺栓断裂的原因进行分析,再采用CAXA仿真软件对磁力清管器脱落部件在管道内的姿态进行建模分析,并模拟不同姿态下救援清管器通过单向阀的可行性,从而为实际的管道救援方案提供理论支撑。仿真结果及实际运行表明,对于不同姿态的磁力清管器脱落部件,救援清管器均可将其从管道中顺利推出,这对今后类似管道的清管救援提供了经验借鉴。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims to verify the effectiveness of the rescue plan for detached pig components in pipelines. Initially, the causes of bolt breakage were analyzed through fracture surface analysis, metallographic inspection, and hardness testing. Next, CAXA simulation software was used to model and analyze the postures of detached pig components within the pipelines. Additionally, simulations were conducted for rescue pigs passing through the one-way valve with these components in various postures, providing theoretical support for formulating pipeline rescue plans for real-world scenarios. The simulation results indicate that rescue pigs can effectively push out detached pig components from pipelines, regardless of their posture, offering valuable insights for future pigging rescues of similar pipelines.
