输气管道河流穿越段水下检测技术

Underwater inspection technology for river-crossing segments of gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 油气长输管道河流穿越段的安全性与完整性检测至关重要,但传统检测手段存在效率低、风险高、精度不足等问题。文章探讨了水下机器人(Remotely Operated Vehicle,ROV)智能检测技术在管道河流穿越段的检测原理与方法,介绍了江河水下管道外腐蚀检测系统(River-Remotely Operated Vehicle,River-ROV)整合的管道定位和埋深测量、二维(Two Dimensions,2D)平面成像声呐系统、阴保电位测量以及电位梯度检测等技术手段,以川气东送管道大开挖穿越青弋江段为例,进一步检验了ROV技术在油气长输管道河流穿越段完整性检测方面的优势。ROV技术能有效检测河流穿越段管道的阴极保护和外防腐层等状况,为输气管道完整性评价提供数据支撑,对水下智能检测技术的发展和应用具有重要贡献。

     

    Abstract: Safety and integrity inspections of river-crossing segments in long-distance oil and gas pipelines are essential, yet traditional methods often face challenges such as low efficiency, high risks, and insufficient accuracy. This study discusses the principles and methods of using Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) technology for intelligent inspection of pipeline river-crossing segments. It introduces the River-Remotely Operated Vehicle (River-ROV) external corrosion detection system, which integrates pipeline positioning, burial depth measurement, Two-Dimension (2D) imaging sonar, cathodic protection potential measurement, and potential gradient detection. Using the segment where the Sichuan-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline crosses the Qingyi River by open-cut excavation as a case study, the advantages of ROV technology for integrity inspections of river-crossing pipeline segments are further demonstrated. ROV technology can effectively detect the cathodic protection and external anti-corrosion coatings of pipelines in river-crossing segments, provide data support for gas pipeline integrity assessment, and make important contributions to the development and application of underwater intelligent inspection technologies.
