  • 摘要: 随着AI技术在油气储运领域应用的逐步深入,AI场景下的数据治理也面临着结构性矛盾与挑战。通过研究提出新型数据治理方法论,以治理组织和数智中台为支撑,设计多模态数据标准体系,创新AI元数据驱动机制,形成“数据治理赋能AI应用,AI技术反哺治理体系”的协同进化模型(双螺旋模型)。其中“认知螺旋”通过业务知识图谱,构建高质量数据集;“治理螺旋”依托元数据驱动主动治理,形成持续演进。基于创新实践AI场景下数据治理体系构建的方法论和逐步迭代过程,为智能时代的数据治理提供了可复用的理论框架与实施路径。

     

    Abstract: As AI technology becomes increasingly integrated into oil and gas storage and transportation, data governance in AI scenarios faces significant structural contradictions and challenges. In response, a novel data governance methodology has been proposed. Supported by governance organizations and digital intelligence middle platforms, a multimodal data standard system has been developed to innovate AI metadata-driven mechanisms, resulting in a co-evolutionary "double helix" model in which data governance empowers AI applications, and AI technology, in turn, enhances the governance system. Within this model, the "cognitive helix" utilizes business knowledge graphs to construct high-quality datasets, while the "governance helix" leverages metadata to drive proactive governance for continuous evolution. This methodology and its iterative implementation, in AI scenarios based on innovative practices, offer a reusable theoretical framework and implementation path for data governance in the era of intelligent technology.
