长三角油气管道智能化巡护管理新范式探索

Exploration of a new paradigm for patrol management of oil and gas pipelines in the Yangtze River Delta

  • 摘要: 通信技术与大数据算法的深度融合推动智慧油气管道巡护管理实现飞跃式发展。长三角地区经济发达,管道沿线高后果区密集,第三方施工频发,传统巡护方式难以满足系统性风险防控需求,加速推进智慧管道巡护体系建设势在必行。通过数据融合共享和系统联动等方式构建“一个技术框架、一套标准规范、一个系统平台”的管道巡护体系,形成“技防主导、人防辅助”的“空天地”一体化巡护新范式。该巡护范式依托无人机、智能摄像头与光纤预警等手段构建立体化监测网络,实现管道风险全要素感知与动态管控,实际应用中异常目标识别准确率与光纤预警准确率均超过90%,大幅提升巡护效率与风险防控水平。

     

    Abstract: The deep integration of communication technology and big data algorithms has propelled the leap-forward development of smart oil and gas pipeline patrol management. In the economically developed Yangtze River Delta region, high consequence areas along the pipelines are densely distributed, with frequent third-party construction activities. Traditional patrol methods are inadequate for systematic risk prevention and control, highlighting the imperative need to accelerate the construction of a smart pipeline patrol system. Through data fusion and sharing, as well as system interaction, a pipeline patrol system has been established, featuring "one technical framework, one set of standard specifications, and one system platform". This has resulted in a new "space-air-ground" integrated patrol paradigm, where "technological prevention is the primary approach and human oversight serves as a supplementary measure". This patrol paradigm employs UAVs, smart cameras, and optical fiber pre-warning systems to create a three-dimensional monitoring network, enabling comprehensive perception and dynamic control of pipeline risks. In practice, the accuracy of abnormal target identification and optical fiber pre-warning exceeds 90%, significantly enhancing patrol efficiency and risk prevention and control capabilities.
