移动式压缩机组在天然气长输管道放空回收工艺中的减排实践

Emission reduction practice of using mobile compressor units in the blowdown recovery process of long-distance natural gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 为减少天然气直接排放,有效应对全球气候变化的挑战,聚焦移动式压缩机组在天然气长输管道放空回收工艺中的创新应用与实践,通过模块化应用思路优化移动式压缩机组各部件的集成,结合先进的自控系统实现全自动化监控,借鉴预制多规格管段法兰和现场组装的“搭积木”理念,从机组现场布置方式、工艺管线连接方式、机组配置及系统设计等方面详细阐述了移动式压缩机组在天然气放空回收工艺中的实际应用。经实际线路维检修作业案例验证,结果表明,所研制的移动式压缩机组在长宁线3#阀室的放空回收试验中实现了75%以上的高回收率,有效节约了天然气资源并减少碳排放,实现了绿色低碳发展。

     

    Abstract: To reduce direct natural gas emissions and address global climate change, this study explores the innovative application of mobile compressor units in the blowdown recovery process of long-distance natural gas pipelines. The integration of each unit component is optimized using a modular design approach, while advanced automatic control systems enable fully automated monitoring. Leveraging a "building block" concept with prefabricated, multi-specification pipeline segment flanges and on-site assembly, the study details the practical application of mobile compressor units in the blowdown recovery process of long-distance natural gas pipelines, including site layout, pipeline connections, unit configuration, and system design. Field maintenance and repair operations confirm that the developed mobile compressor unit achieves a recovery rate exceeding 75% during blowdown recovery at 3# Valve Chamber of the Changqing-Yinchuan Pipeline, effectively conserving natural gas, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting green, low-carbon development.
