城镇中压燃气管道检验检测现状与前景

Current status and future prospects of inspection and testing for medium-pressure urban gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 为保障城镇燃气管道的安全平稳运行,提升检验检测技术水平,推动检验检测新技术与新装备的研发与应用。通过阐述管道定期检验的发展历程,对目前应用较多的直接检测法、超声波检测法、电位梯度检测法现状及特点进行梳理,对红外热成像检测法、高能示踪粒子检测法、基于风险的检验(Risk Based Inspection,RBI)技术、数值模拟检测法深入分析其方法原理、应用优势与研究趋势,明确了各类检测方法的适用性与局限性,同时揭示了新技术在缺陷识别、风险评估及智能化检测方面的优势,从技术发展角度提出定期检验装备研发的方向。基于对多种检测技术的综合分析,以期为该领域的技术创新与实践应用提供一定的研究思路。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the safe and stable operation of urban gas pipelines, enhance inspection and testing technologies, and promote the development and application of new methods and equipment, the development history of regular pipeline inspections was reviewed. The current status and characteristics of commonly used methods—direct testing, ultrasonic testing, and voltage gradient testing—were summarized. An in-depth analysis was conducted on infrared thermal imaging, high-energy tracer particle testing, Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) technology, and numerical simulation, focusing on their principles, application advantages, and research trends. The applicability and limitations of various testing methods were clarified, and the benefits of emerging technologies in defect identification, risk assessment, and intelligent testing were highlighted. Future directions for the development of inspection equipment were proposed from a technological perspective. Based on a comprehensive analysis of multiple testing technologies, new research ideas are expected to be generated to advance technological innovation and practical applications in this field.
