油气长输管道巡检机器人研究现状及展望

Research status and future prospects of inspection robots for long-distance oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 油气长输管道是能源高效输送的大动脉,其安全平稳运行意义重大,日常巡检是及时发现管道状态异常,降低管道失效风险的重要手段。随着智能化工业的迅速发展,管道巡检机器人有望取代传统人工巡检,提高巡检的准确性和效率。从动力与牵引、导航与避障、传感与检测、通信与交互四个方面厘清管道巡检机器人的应用现状,结合油气长输管道的管理需求,深入剖析巡检机器人的局限性和存在的问题。提出了巡检机器人应进行轻量化设计与结构优化;采用双重密封防尘措施,研发运动减振、低温续航和通风散热技术;研究高精度的导航系统、智能路径规划算法和应急处置机制;开发智能语义交互模块增强人机协同;强化容错能力和信息安全设计;探索机器人与无人机协同巡检作业模式等发展方向。研究成果可为未来油气管道巡护技术发展和管理水平的提升提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Long-distance oil and gas pipelines serve as vital channels for efficient energy transportation, making their safe and stable operation essential. Daily inspections play a crucial role in promptly detecting abnormal conditions and minimizing the risk of pipeline failures. With the rapid advancement of intelligent technology, pipeline inspection robots are poised to replace traditional manual inspections, enhancing both accuracy and efficiency. The application of pipeline inspection robots was examined across four domains: power and traction, navigation and obstacle avoidance, sensing and detection, and communication and interaction. In light of long-distance oil and gas pipeline management needs, the limitations and challenges of these robots were thoroughly analyzed. The following development directions for inspection robots were proposed: lightweight design and structural optimization; implementation of double-seal dust-proof measures; advancement of motion vibration reduction, low-temperature endurance, ventilation, and heat dissipation functions; research on high-precision navigation systems, intelligent path-planning algorithms, and emergency response mechanisms; development of intelligent semantic interaction modules to enhance human-robot collaboration; improvement of fault tolerance and information security; and exploration of collaborative inspection modes between robots and drones. The research findings can offer valuable guidance for advancing oil and gas pipeline inspection technologies and enhancing management practices.
