漳州LNG接收站试运投产技术创新及应用实践

Research on technological innovation and application practice in the trial operation and commissioning of Zhangzhou LNG Terminal

  • 摘要: 液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)接收站在试运投产阶段,面临着投产成本居高不下、物料消耗量大、环境影响突出及安全风险较高等多重挑战。以漳州LNG一期一阶段试运投产为实践案例,在试运投产过程中对工艺流程实施创新性改进,超前联调蒸发气(Boil-Off Gas,BOG)回收设备,构建了“站线一体化投产”模式,充分回收利用BOG 7.7 × 106 m3;优化调整2#储罐预冷操作方法与关键指标,同步改进BOG回收工艺及流程,达成“零放空”目标,实现碳减排3.97 × 104 t二氧化碳当量;采用BOG对卸料管道进行预冷,平均温降在5 ℃以内,上下管道温差平均控制在10 ℃内,取得更为显著的预冷效果。经实践验证,改进后的工艺不仅能进一步降低试运投产成本、实现投产物料的循环利用,还能有效减小环境影响并降低安全风险,为其他接收站的投产工作提供了可借鉴的实践经验。

     

    Abstract: During the trial operation and commissioning phase, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminals encounter significant challenges, including high commissioning costs, substantial material consumption, notable environmental impacts, and elevated safety risks. Taking the first-stage trial operation and commissioning of the Zhangzhou LNG Terminal Project (Phase Ⅰ) as a case study, innovative enhancements were implemented in the process flow. The joint commissioning of the Boil-Off Gas (BOG) recovery equipment was conducted in advance, and a "terminal–pipeline integrated commissioning" model was established, enabling the complete recovery and utilization of 7.7 million cubic meters of BOG. The pre-cooling strategy and key parameters for Storage Tank No. 2 were optimized, and improvements to the BOG recovery process and flow achieved "zero venting", resulting in a carbon emission reduction of 39, 700 tons of CO2 equivalent. BOG was utilized for pre-cooling the unloading pipeline, with the average temperature drop maintained within 5 ℃ and the temperature difference between the upper and lower pipeline sections controlled within 10 ℃, significantly enhancing the pre-cooling effect. Practical validation demonstrates that these process improvements not only further reduce commissioning costs and enable recycling of commissioning materials, but also effectively mitigate environmental impacts and safety risks, offering valuable experience for the commissioning of other terminals.
