基于应力波-扰动波的输油泵机组滚动轴承早期故障判定方法

Early fault diagnosis of rolling bearings in oil pump units based on stress wave and disturbance wave

  • 摘要: 为准确识别滚动轴承早期故障,保障输油泵机组平稳运行,对振动原始信号开展深入分析,提出扰动波的概念,并分析了应力波与扰动波的区别。通过模拟计算得出应力波与扰动波在频谱图上的不同表现形式,进而提出综合利用应力波与扰动波进行滚动轴承故障诊断的方法。同时,利用输油泵机组中滚动轴承实际故障案例,证明了理论分析的准确性,验证了分析方法的有效性。该研究成果可帮助现场工作人员发现滚动轴承的异常变化,有助于判断故障位置、查找故障原因、制定针对性维检修计划,保障长距离原油、成品油输送管道输油泵机组的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: To accurately identify faults in rolling bearings and ensure the stability of the oil pump unit operation. Depth analysis of the original vibration signal was conducted in this paper, and the concept of disturbance wave was proposed using the difference between the stress wave and disturbance wave. Through simulation calculation, the different manifestations of stress wave and disturbance wave on the frequency spectrum were acquired. After that, a comprehensive method for diagnosing rotating bearing faults using stress wave and disturbance wave was established. Finally, actual fault cases of rolling bearings in oil pump units were employed to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and prove the effectiveness of the analysis method. This research result enables on-site workers to detect abnormal changes in rolling bearings, determine the location of faults, identify the cause of faults, develop targeted maintenance plans, and ensure the safe operation of long-distance crude oil and finished oil pipeline oil pump units.
