电位传送器的阻抗对阴极保护电位测量准确性的影响研究

Study on the influence of impedance of potential transmitter on accuracy of cathodic protection potential measurement

  • 摘要: 针对某机场航油管道阴极保护测量数据与真实电位存在较大偏差的问题,通过现场测试、实验室模拟试验和科学理论研究,发现阴极保护电位测量准确性与测量设备的阻抗之间存在密切关系。当测量设备阻抗数值偏小时,会对阴极保护电位信号产生分压,导致真实的阴极保护电位产生衰减,从而产生明显的测量误差。此外,温度、湿度等环境条件也会对电位传送器的电阻产生退化影响,进一步导致测量偏差,降低数据测量的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the significant discrepancy between the measured cathodic protection data and the actual potential of aviation oil pipeline in an airport, it is found that there is a close correlation between the accuracy of cathodic protection potential measurement and the impedance of measuring equipment through field tests, laboratory simulation experiments and scientific theoretical research. When the impedance value of the measuring device is small, the voltage division of the cathodic protection potential signal, the attenuation of the actual cathodic protection potential and obvious measurement errors will be caused. Furthermore, environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity can induce degradation in the resistance of the potential transmitter, thereby contributing to measurement deviations and reducing the accuracy of measured data.
