燃气管道入综合管廊安全适应性分析

Research on the adaptability of gas pipelines in utility tunnels

  • 摘要: 为了增强燃气管道入综合管廊的安全适应性,解决当前燃气管道入综合管廊存在的问题,结合国内外燃气管道入综合管廊的建设运营情况,从规范、技术、安全、运营4个层面剖析存在的问题,制定燃气管道入管廊内的评估方法。通过考量自然环境、地质情况、规划格局等需求支撑因素,用定量风险分析方法确定了安全风险在可接受范围内时,能为燃气管道入综合管廊筑牢安全屏障。本研究结果可为燃气管道入综合管廊提供科学合理的实施依据。

     

    Abstract: To strengthen the necessity and safety of gas pipelines when incorporated into utility tunnels and to resolve the problems when integrating gas pipelines into utility tunnels, by integrating the construction and operation scenarios of gas pipelines in utility tunnels domestically and internationally, this paper studied the problems at the four levels of regulation: technology, safety, and operation. An evaluation method for gas pipelines in utility tunnels was proposed. Considering demand- supporting factors such as the natural environment, geological conditions, and planning layout, it 's found that when the safety risks within an acceptable range through quantitative risk analysis, the proposed evaluation method can effectively ensure the necessity and safety of gas pipelines entering utility tunnels, providing a scientific and rational basis for the implementation of gas pipelines in utility tunnels.
